We like lines.
We make lines because they are truthful. No matter how much they meander, they eventually arrive at a point. Lines connect and separate. They can be toed and crossed. They cannot be fudged. |
Rich writes lots of lines -- sometimes funny, sometimes sad -- and when he makes other people say them while he holds a camera, it's called a film. Kathryn draws lots of lines -- sometimes calm, sometimes crazy -- and when she draws them fast, it's called illustration, and when she draws them slow, it's called art. We like lines.
