Payment

Credit/Debit Card Payments accepted via Direct Checkout, PayPal, or by phone. California state/ local tax automatically added during checkout.

Shipping

Orders ship from Los Angeles via US Mail within 1-3 business days. Average delivery times: US 2-4 days; International 6-10 days. Please confirm the address during checkout. (You can store multiple addresses in your PayPal account.) Rates reflect actual postage costs. Overcharges greater than $1 will be refunded to you. For International orders, the Recipient is responsible for any Customs Duty, Import VAT, tariffs, taxes or other fees imposed.

Packaging Prints arrive protected by rigid backing in a recyclable cello sleeve. We also offer mats. Larger prints arrive rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube. Artwork on wood panel or canvas ships in a well-padded box.

Refunds and Returns

We love our work and stand behind it! But if you don't love your purchase, please return it within two weeks of receipt for a full refund less the return shipping. In case of damage by the carrier, please send a photo of the packaging/item so a replacement or full refund can be arranged.

Materials

We always use professional materials including non-toxic, water-based inks and paints. Please keep artwork out of the reach of children. Colors shown online match the original when viewed on our monitor, although what you see may vary due to differences in equipment and web browsers.

Allergen Information

We have two cats, Clara and Penelope. We try to keep them out of the studio, but we can't.
