| The circles represent alternate universes curled up in the space around our molecules; in the gap between two people; spinning away between here and there. The obsessively sketchy landscapes depict park-like but lonely foreign places either half-remembered or never actually seen...perhaps second-hand tourist's snapshots, perhaps the secret crime scene vaguely described by a 70's-era psychic spy. Gathering birds flutter into these scenes carrying their own symbolic baggage. |
