Cameos #081

My original design is silkscreened by hand, once in soft streaky blue with a painterly texture, and then in very light gold, on recycled French cardstock. It's completely crooked and uneven and I love it.

I made a silkscreen stencil out of my original drawing then hand-pulled 200 prints, all in different color combinations, with fine artists paint instead of ink. Each was printed by hand twice, once for the background and once for image.

I mixed glycerine with acrylic colors to create a shimmer and unique texture you can really feel.

Image Size: 7 x 9" (17.8 x 22.9 cm) with irregular edges
Stock: recycled 140lb Pop-Tone (by French family paper mill)
Options: add a mat or colorful wooden frame (by Signed & Numbered)
