Cliffhanger #11

My doodle of happy houses perched on ocean cliffs, that I silkscreen printed by hand over watercolor effects of blue and green paint on French cardstock, 8x10"

I printed these with waterbased paint instead of ink, mixing fresh swirls of new colors on the stencil for every print -- this means the design is the same, but the color patterns on each one are different and can never be printed the same way again.

Living in Los Angeles means I could theoretically go to the beach any old time I want.... but I'm usually too busy and forget to do it. So this is my mashed-up daydream view of the drive through Malibu Canyon to the ocean!

Paper Size: 8 x 10" (20.3 x 25.4 cm)
Image Size: 7 x 9" (17.8 x 22.9 cm) with irregular edges
Stock: recycled 140lb Pop-Tone (by French family paper mill)
Options: add a mat or colorful wooden frame (by Signed & Numbered)
